Joint Ventures

What is a Joint Venture?
Quite simply a joint venture (sometimes called a Strategic Alliance) is a win/win relationship between 2 or more people that pool their resources to achieve a common goal

WHAT do we do and WHY do we do it?

Joint Venture ValueIn reality, most people who understand joint ventures, get overwhelmed on how to physically implement the JV’s (and that is IF they can work out which ones will be best and easiest with the maximum results). So what we do is Mentor them on which specific JV’s and also on how to implement (either themselves or someone else they have in the business).

This is a real “teach a person to fish” approach – obviously we could go into a business and set up a couple of JV’s for them and then leave them in the lurch with them having learnt  and not really having much to show for it. This way, as we are mentoring them on which strategies, and HOW to implement, the business owner will be able to keep using these techniques on an ongoing basis.

We have 46 joint venture systems (below is a list of 21 of them) that we apply to 6 key areas of your business – 3 of these areas are 100% profit. We work closely with Business owners to mentor them to radically increase their profits by using the power of Joint Ventures – in essence we show them HOW to implement Joint Ventures into their business.
